Map The Buyer Journey from End to End

What specific personas are being targeted and why. Our team will get completely “dialed-in” on the buying process and journey of your prospects/buying personas - in order to expertly position your product/solution at the pivotal moment to maximize sales and revenue.

Put The Sales Organization and Execution Model in Place

Build, Hire and Mentor a Sales Organization that is optimized for growth that is also complimented by a Sales Process that is also fully optimized for the top, middle, and bottom of the sales funnel. This is done by: stepping into existing opportunities already in place as well as new prospects. Based on existing discussion, vet and accelerate potential key channel partnerships that can build credibility in the marketplace.

Based on #1, Put the initial Lead Generation in place

Includes manual and automated outbound and inbound lead generation. This involves creating effective inbound and outbound campaigns based on the targeted buyer personas and their respective buyer journeys from discovery through purchase. By Combining Agile Demand Generation and Sales Execution, begin to fill the Top of the Funnel and optimize the conversion metrics of these leads to the Middle and Bottom of the funnel.

Implement a complete sales technology stack

This will generate and close targeted customers from lead generation to closing. The goal is to lay the foundation for building a sales team that produces predictable revenue year after year.

Put an Optimized Model In Place

Connect with Senior Leadership and with their advice, put in place an optimized sales organization model with specific roles and responsibilities defined. This can include the BDR, SDR, Account Management/Customer Success and Field Organization Roles. This is “The Critical Roadmap” to scaling revenues and laying the foundation for future revenue growth. Along with Senior Management build/hire, mentor and train each function a sales role that will be the core “revenue engine” for our clients and portfolio companies.
